Zimmermann Collection Foresees Good Luck for Fall 2020

What was the inspiration for Nicky Zimmermann’s newest collection? Lucky charms, the divine, and superstition. So, fortune-telling, in a nut-shell. The collection entitled “LADYBEETLE” references the sweet and simple phenomenon of when a lady beetle (or, ladybug) lands on your hand and is thought to bring good luck. A little nod to luck that everyone might encounter, but fortune tellers (especially the fashionable ones) always have.

Amidst the familiar Zimmermann bohemian flair, this collection was pumped up with more texture, lucky-charm embroidery, and a few key words. The outfits models wore radiated the aura of a modern fortune-teller. Decked out in high-waist velvet pants, star-patterned tights, ruffle hemmed maxi dresses, and scarf belts, the models looked as if they could read your future and bring you good luck. But only if you looked as cool as them.
