When cosmetics or skincare are “pH Balanced” it means that the product contains components that will balance your pH levels. pH levels are a measurement of acidity, on a scale that tracks acid and alkaline levels. Ranging from 1-14, seven is the most neutral and balanced pH level. So a pH less than seven, signals acidity and a pH greater than seven signals alkaline.
