Fitness YouTube Channels So Good, That I Canceled My Gym Membership

By Tatiana Cooper

COVID-19 was surreal; however, I’d say a few good things came out of it, like the rise of fitness YouTubers. You weren't doing lockdown right if you weren't following YouTube at-home workouts to pass the time and cure boredom. Despite many people returning to their gyms and pilates studios for their workouts post-pandemic, more and more people are starting to hop back on that at-home gym trend. What better way to do that than with the help of fitness Youtube channels?

With these motivating channels, you can move your body in so many different ways that it might be overwhelming to pick which Youtuber and their sweat style suits you and your body's needs. But this is where I come in—here is a list of six different Fitness YouTube channels to help get you started and prompt you to quit that expensive gym membership.

If you're a beginner reading this, don’t stress; this channel caters to all levels. This kind of mindfulness and supportive online community for a holistic fitness journey can be tricky and time-consuming to find in person, so we ditched our yoga studio and subscribed to Yoga With Adriene - you should, too.
