Beyonce Talks Candidly on Life, Rumors , and the Ivy Park Drop in January 2020!
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter took part in an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session where she got pretty candid about her cover story for her Elle magazine January 2020.
The launch unveiled Monday's cover shoot as well as the interview.
Besides debuting her latest collaboration collection from Ivy Park Adidas, the singer took on some of the burning questions from her most ardent fans, dubbed the Beyhive.
Would you like to know what the star is stressing?
"I think the most stressful thing for me is to balance work and life. Making sure I'm present for my kids— dropping Blue off at school, taking Rumi and Sir to their activities, making time with my husband for dating nights, and being home in time to have dinner with my family— all while running a business can be challenging," she said. "Juggling all those things can be overwhelming, but I guess that's life for any working mother." Not every working mom can balance the lifestyle she’s mastering.
Her now more gender-neutral brand Ivy Park lets her make history as one of the youngest women and the only African American female to practice 100 percent athleisure company ownership.
She dropped a photo on Monday showing her wearing braids featuring the words "Ivy Park."IVY PARK January 18," read the Instagram caption.
She posed for the magazine for a series of movie vignettes taken by Melina Matsoukas, producer of "Queen & Slim."
The pair collaborated on Beyoncé's popular "Lemonade" campaign and filmed for Elle in a nondescript area of L.A.'s Crenshaw neighborhood where the singer modeled items from their line of Ivy Park x Adidas at a hair salon, deli, laundromat, and wig shop ( every place the everyday girl visits !).
She said she was pleased to see the new collection "incorporating my personal style and extending that to include something for everyone."
"I love playing with fashion, combining high and low, couture sportswear, and male and female," she said. "This new line is enjoyable and gives the ultimate power to imagination."
Beyoncé talks a lot about innovation but also throws some fun details about Oreos being the food she should consume for a week.
As for the question that annoys her?
"Are you pregnant?" said the mom of three. "Get off my ovaries!"
