Trend Report: It's Time To Ditch Basic Coats For Statement Coats
Winter seems to be a tough season to express yourself through fashion and style…..but, actually, it’s really not. Wanna hear about a fashion crime that many women commit year after year? They go out to stores and purchase one coat for the whole season….(YAWN!) Um, why blend in, when you can stand out (Yaaass girl!)?? Do you really want to be known as the girl who wore the same coat all season, or worse, for years? Girl, do like Elsa, and let the peacoats GO! They are the redundant sentence of winter style. They are basic, and just downright boring. They are missing that je ne sais quoi. You should be aiming to showstop every season and strive to turn heads. If you’re with me up to this point and ready to ditch those peacoats, here are a few options to help you slay during the chilly months.
Jackie Faux Fur Leo Coat
This Jackie Faux Fur Leopard Coat is bold, makes a statement and is sure to turn heads! I am not one to wear real fur (animal lover, yay!) so this is a perfect option for a girl like me. Leopard print is totally back in style and my Jersey self is screaming. A pair of black distressed skinny jeans would look poppin’ in this coat, along with some stellar booties. This bolero can be matched with so many styles! From rocker chic, elegant, feminine, ect. Just let your wild side run free. It’s such a perfect look for date night out on the town with your man and he will surely notice it! This is a MUST have in your closet ladies. For date night I would put it over a dazzling evening dress, and rock some strappy heels for more of an elegant look.
