Lady Gaga Just Launched Her Beauty Line, HAUS LABORATORIES, And We Are In Love
Lady Gaga has an extensive laundry list of achievements. She is a six-time Grammy award winner. She is a highly successful singer, songwriter and dancer. She recently took home her first Oscar for the “best original song” for “Shallow” from the film, A Star Is Born. She’s played a residency in Las Vegas. She’s played the Super Bowl LI halftime show. She’s recorded an album with Tony Bennett. This list is just a handful of achievements in the full scope of her legacy.
You would think after all these major accomplishments, there would be a resting period for the Mother Monster. However, this relaxation period is not in the DNA of Gaga. She continuously strives to find her next project to dive head-first into and keep her fans excited. That next project is HAUS LABORATORIES.
HAUS LABORATORIES officially launched July 15th. The website has been teasing us for months with a simple email sign up and lack of detailed information. After much anticipation, the site is fully active and ready for you to pre-order HAUS LABORATORIES products. According to the website, products are set to be sent out on September 17th.
The “about” section of the website gives details about why Lady Gaga decided to launch a beauty brand. She states, “When I was young, I never felt beautiful. And as I struggled to find a sense of both inner and outer beauty, I discovered the power of makeup.” Lady Gaga says she found the “superhero” within herself when she looked in the mirror after creating a new look for herself.
We know that Gaga has used the power of makeup to transform into some of the most iconic looks from the culture of pop music. Makeup makes Gaga feel like she can be anything and wants to give that power to you through transformation and feelings of self-love.
The mission statement of HAUS LABORATORIES is: “[...] at HAUS LABORATORIES, we say beauty is how you see yourself. We want you to love yourself, and it is our mission to spread kindness, bravery, and creativity by providing tools for self-expression and reinvention.”
So, what about the products themselves? As stated on the website, all products are vegan. They do not test on animals. Right now, the products available are lip liners, glosses, shimmer powders. But we are guessing this is the 1st wave of products and there will be more to follow at a later date.

The ‘RIP Lip Liner Duo’ is available in 3 color duos. They state that this lip liner duo is one “to die for” (hence the name). The lip liner is waterproof and applies smoothly. The formula is made to be weightless and give your lip color the ultimate boost with these phenomenal products.
