Kylie Jenner Continues Her Beauty Empire With New Collection, Kylie Skin

Kylie Jenner is at it, again! This time with a new skincare line called Kylie Skin set to launch on May 22nd. On Twitter Kylie stated, "Skin was something I dreamt up soon after Kylie Cosmetics. I've been working on this for what feels like a lifetime so I can’t believe I’m finally announcing!" According to the line’s Instagram page these products are cruelty-free, gluten-free, sulfate-free paraben-free and vegan.

Not surprisingly, (because the internet exists) there has been some backlash to Kylie Skin already. People online have commented on how the skincare line is not eco-friendly with plastic packaging. Others have commented about the abrasiveness that the ‘Walnut Face Scrub’ could have on your skin. The third wave of comments was the shade of releasing her skincare line right as Fenty Beauty is about to drop their skincare line. We will let you be the judge.

Here is the lowdown of the products available:

Foaming Face Wash ($24)

The ‘Foaming Face Wash’ the first product that was created in the skincare line. Kylie wanted to make sure she created the perfect product and the brand went through many rounds to get it right. This face wash has vitamin C + E to make your face feel soft and smooth and can be used daily.

Vanilla Milk Toner ($22)

After going in with the face wash, it’s’ time for the ‘Vanilla Milk Toner.’ Kyle wanted to make sure there was no alcohol in this product like a lot of other toners which can be harsh on your skin. The Vanilla Milk Toner is going to maintain the pH balance of your skin to keep it happy and healthy looking! Oh, and Kylie commented on how the formula smells so good.

Vitamin C Serum ($28)

The ‘Vitamin C Serum’ assists with anti-aging, stimulates collagen and assists with brightness and redness. Kylie has hinted that this serum is one of many, so be on the lookout for future serum releases from the line.

Face Moisturizer ($24)

This is a Kylie favorite! She uses this right before putting her makeup on to assist in flawless application. This product is great for all skin types and will not make you look oily. A super power aspect of this formula is it has blue light protection in it to protect you from computer or cell phone screens if you are a boss lady like Kylie.

Walnut Face Scrub ($22)

Kylie created the ‘Walnut Face Scrub’ to gently buff away dead skin cells and keep your face feeling smooth. She says wanted to make sure the formula is gentle on your face. Kylie suggests using this product 2-3 times a week.

Eye Cream $20

This eye cream is packed with goodness. The formula has caffeine, green tea, pomegranate, and vitamin E. This eye cream is going to assist with reducing fine lines, puffiness, wrinkles and will help to brighten your under eyes. The product has a self applicator which makes it easy to distribute the product on your under eye area.

Set: $125

If you are loving the idea of having all these products on your beauty shelf, then Kylie made sure to put together a kit that is going to give you a full skincare routine to have during the week.
