Healing Books To Go Into The New Year With A Fresh and Strong Start

By Charlene Lazewski

We hear people say this all the time, but I really feel this year more than ever before, I blinked and we got to the end of 2024! But, then I think of the many new perspectives I gained, shifts and changes I made in my life, and I’d say it was a year with many positives, redirections, and growth.

This makes me realize that we shouldn’t focus on the past, present, and future simultaneously. Doing so, will make you feel like time evaporates from your hands, leaving you feeling unfulfilled. Make the intention to only live for the “here and now”. That’s all that matters. I’m thoroughly convinced this is the best way to live. Through all my trials and tribulations, I arrive at this conclusion repeatedly. Here and now, friends.

Here are some books I trust and know will help you heal, renew, and restore you for a strong/fresh new year! Are you ready to leave the baggage behind and start your new clean slate journey?! Let’s Go!

Jordan Lee Dooley knows firsthand how frustrating it can be when you almost achieve a goal, almost reach a dream, and almost get to where you want to be, only to land just short of the finish line or watch it all fall apart at the last minute.

Unmet expectations have a way of making us rethink everything. But perhaps rethinking dreams is not always the worst thing. Why? • practical steps to move forward when your plans don’t go according to plan
• how to clarify which goals are right for you to pursue
