The Silvara tasting room is a unique facility; it sits atop a gentle rise above the Wenatchee river. The views of the area are fantastic. But there's more here than just a place to enjoy the scenic country-side. The wines are award winning and delightful. All the wines are available by the glass. Ada's offers classic coastal dishes with an East Coast influence such as steamed clams, with fresh fish sourced every day. Alongside the delicious food, they have a delicious range of cocktails. Their special ‘Oyster Shooter’ is a drink you don’t want to miss.
