NYFW: Nicole Miller Sticks With "Popular By Demand", and Wins

Why fix something if it ain't broke? Nicole Miller proves yet again that a good brand can create something popular, but a great brand can reinvent themselves using their own tried-and-true designs.

In this "Back By Popular Demand" collection, Miller treated us to 38 looks that were each detailed carefully with something old and something new. While still paying homage to the staples that made her name. She created new signature styles that will fit in just fine in the Nicole Miller world for collections to come. Some of the most notable combinations were Miller's sequined dresses with clunky black 90s boots, color-block mini dresses underneath leopard jackets, and distressed denim with SS18-approved jewels.

Girly and glittery sequins get a fresh take in this collection, the black fitted dress with clunky black boots are going to make this embellishment feel a little more grungy in 2019.

Never straying away from a big loud print, Miller combines them this season with smaller details for something fresh thing spring.

The Nicole Miller girl does not shy away from making a statement. My favorite look of this collection was the combination of leopard-printed blazer and pants that show animal print won't be going away after fall is over. Miller's cohesive collection inspires to wear this collection year-round.

Color Blocking

A known growing trend, color blocking colors in the same family has become increasingly cool. Miller gives us her update by pairing a red and pink mini dress with a cool leopard jacket.
