8 Ways To Make Sure You Don't Overkill With the Plaid This Year
With Fall now in full effect it is time to put away the bikinis and flip flops and trade them in for something a bit more cozy. Plaid has always been one of the most popular patterns of this season but recently, it has skyrocketed in popularity. More companies are experimenting with different colored plaids, instead of sticking to the cliche plaid color combos. As a result, babes like you and me, are now able to be a bit more bold and stand out among the crowd while also wearing one of their favorite patterns. The most important thing to remember when wearing plaid is to let the pattern do the talking and not try to overstate it on every single item of clothing you are wearing. You don’t want to look like a walking throw blanket, do you? As a rule of thumb, it is usually best to wear one item with plaid and use the rest of the outfit as an accent to the fabric. Let me teach you the ways to slay the plaid….
